BUILD YOUR OWN 3 EGG OMELET – Choice of the following (up to four): Protein: Bacon, Sausage, Ham Veggies: Mushrooms, Onions, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Spinach Garlic, Black Olives, Shredded Cheese Served with a side of potatoes O’Murphy’s and toast.
FRIED EGG SANDWICH – Egg, cheddar cheese & ham or bacon on toast of your choice. Served with a side of potatoes O’Murphy’s.

FRENCH TOAST – Texas toast dipped in homemade cinnamon egg batter. Served with bacon or sausage.

OPEN FACED AVOCADO SANDWICH – Sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, red peppers, topped with bacon, prepared on your choice of toast. Served with a side of potatoes O’Murphy’s. (Add egg or cheese .50)

BREAKFAST TACOS – Scrambled eggs topped with shredded cheese, green onions and bacon bits, loaded onto two corn tortillas, Served with homemade salsa and potatoes O’Murphy’s.

EGGS & BACON OR SAUSAGE – 
Two eggs with bacon or sausage. Served with a side of potatoes O’Murphy’s and toast.

STEAK AND EGGS* – 
6oz Top Sirloin with two eggs. Served with a side of potatoes O’Murphy’s and toast.

CORNED BEEF HASH – 
Corned beef hash topped with two eggs and served with a side of potatoes O’Murphy’s.

BREAKFAST BURRITO – 
Flour tortilla stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese and potatoes. Served with Padre’s salsa.

BREAKFAST BURGER* – 
1/2 LB All beef paddy, topped with cheddar cheese, fresh bacon and a fried egg. Served with a side of potatoes O’Murphy’s.

HANGOVER POUTINE BREAKFAST – Steak fries topped with shredded beef, cheese, brown gravy, sautéed onions and mushrooms, topped with green onions.

BISCUITS & GRAVY – 
Homemade sausage gravy over two biscuits served with two eggs.

YOGURT FRUIT PARFAIT – 
Vanilla Yogurt with granola, toasted almonds, strawberries and diced apples.
